IVG Pro 12 vs Dojo Blast 10K: two 10K kits, one clear value pick

The 10K bracket is crowded, and these are two of the most popular kits in it. The IVG Pro 12 and the Dojo Blast 10K both use a prefilled pod topped up from a container, both have a 1000mAh battery and both charge over USB-C.

The IVG gives you a 2ml pod and a 10ml container, 12ml in total. The Dojo pod and container hold 10ml of nic salt between them. The IVG is also available nicotine free.

On paper they look like twins. The differences only show up when you start doing the sums and weighing them in your hand.

Price divided by liquid gives the IVG Pro 12 about 75p per ml and the Dojo Blast 10K about £1.10 per ml, both including the device. That is a big gap for two kits with the same puff rating.

Both are mouth to lung kits that aim for a cigarette-like draw. The Dojo's airflow is fixed, so the pull never changes; the IVG does not list an airflow adjustment either.

The Dojo is lighter at 73g against 84g, and its flavour list is enormous, with more than 50 options from Banana Ice and Black Grape to Fizzy Lychee and Juicy Peach. The IVG range is smaller but covers the favourites: Blue Raspberry Ice, Double Mango, Fresh Menthol Mojito and Kiwi Passionfruit Guava among them.

Nicotine is addictive. If you have never used 20mg nic salt before, the 10mg versions of either are a gentler start.

There is no wrong answer here, just different priorities. Run through the options and see where you land.

The IVG is the better value buy on paper and the only one of the two you can get nicotine free. The Dojo is lighter and has the bigger flavour library, which matters if you get bored quickly.
