Age verification

It is a criminal offence to sell nicotine-inhaling products to anyone under 18 in the UK. We take that seriously, so every order goes through an age check before it ships.

1. How the check works

At checkout you confirm that you are 18 or over and agree to have your age verified.
Before your order ships, we check your name and address against public records such as the electoral roll and credit reference data. This is a soft check and does not affect your credit score.
If the check passes, your order is packed and sent as normal. Most checks pass in seconds.

2. If we cannot confirm your age

Sometimes public records are not enough, for example if you have recently moved. We will email you asking for a photo of a passport, driving licence or PASS card. If you would rather not send one, reply and we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. On the doorstep

Our couriers follow Challenge 25 and may ask the person receiving the parcel for photo ID. Parcels will not be handed to anyone who appears to be under 18 and cannot prove their age.

4. Your data

We use the details you give at checkout only for this check and keep the result with your order record, as the law requires us to show we took reasonable steps. Photos of ID are deleted once the check is complete. Read our privacy notice for more.

5. Help us keep vapes away from children

Never buy vaping products for someone under 18. Proxy purchasing is an offence. If you know of a shop selling to children, you can report it to your local Trading Standards team.
