When will my order be sent?
Orders placed before 6pm Monday to Friday are packed and sent the same day. Anything after 6pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday goes out on the next working day.
How do I track my parcel?
You get an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier. Royal Mail and DPD both show live tracking, and DPD gives a one hour delivery window on the morning of delivery.
How do you check my age?
It is illegal to sell vaping and nicotine products to anyone under 18. After you order we check your name and address against public records before your parcel is shipped. Most checks pass instantly.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email hello@spectrumvaping.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number. If the parcel has not left us yet we can change or cancel it. Once it has been sent you can return it unopened under our returns policy.
Do multi-buy deals stack with other offers?
Each product belongs to one multi-buy at most. The basket works out the best price for you automatically, so there is nothing to apply.
My device is faulty, what do I do?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a short description or video of the fault. We will send a replacement or refund, and for older devices we handle the manufacturer warranty claim for you.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Are your products genuine?
Everything we sell comes from the brand or its official UK distributor, is notified with the MHRA where the law requires it and carries a UK duty stamp where one is needed.
Do you sell disposable vapes?
No. Single-use disposable vapes are banned in the UK. We sell rechargeable kits, including prefilled pod kits that feel just as simple to use.
What payment methods do you take?
We take major debit and credit cards through a regulated payment provider, with every payment checked by your bank using 3D Secure.
