Delivery information

1. Delivery options and prices

The free delivery threshold is based on the value of the goods after any multi-buy saving. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

2. Dispatch and cut-off times

Orders placed before 6pm Monday to Friday are picked, packed and handed to the courier the same day. Orders placed after 6pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

Before an order ships we complete an age check. Almost all checks pass instantly. If we need more information we will email you, and your order is dispatched as soon as the check is complete.

3. Royal Mail Tracked 24

Royal Mail aim to deliver Tracked 24 parcels the next working day after dispatch, including some Saturdays. Most parcels fit through the letterbox; if not, Royal Mail will leave a card and you can rearrange delivery or collect from your local delivery office.

4. DPD Local and DPD Pickup

DPD Local delivers to your door with a one hour window sent by text and email on the morning of delivery. You can change the day, leave it with a neighbour or send it to a DPD Pickup shop from the tracking link.

With DPD Local Pickup the parcel goes straight to a pickup shop or locker you choose. You will be asked for the code DPD sends you when you collect.

5. Royal Mail Special Delivery

Special Delivery is guaranteed by 1pm the next working day for orders dispatched that day, and needs a signature on delivery. If the guarantee is missed, Royal Mail refund the delivery charge.

6. Where we deliver

We deliver to every UK address, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands, at the same price. We do not deliver outside the UK, to British Forces addresses, or to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

7. Tracking your order

You get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is handed over. If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@spectrumvaping.co.uk with your order number.

8. Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within three working days of dispatch, email hello@spectrumvaping.co.uk and we will chase it with the courier. If it is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or refund you in full.

If a parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, let us know within 48 hours and we will put it right at no cost to you.

9. Age on delivery

Couriers operate Challenge 25 and may ask the person receiving the parcel for photo ID. They will not hand a parcel to anyone who appears to be under 18 and cannot prove their age.
